Introducing Eritsa (Principal Physiotherapist)
As the Director and Principal Physiotherapist, Eritsa has a caring approach to provide comprehensive physiotherapy management in a supportive environment.
She works with each individual to deliver patient-centered treatment of the highest quality.
Eritsa graduated as physiotherapist from the University of Cape Town in 2003 and brings a wealth of experience from working in hospitals and private practices in South Africa and in Australia.
Eritsa completed post-graduate qualifications in advanced dry needling, vestibular clinical management, TMJ (jaw) dysfunction, neck pain and headaches, as well as gerontology and treating older joints.
In her spare time Eritsa enjoys being a soccer mum, going to the beach, and spending quality time with family and friends around a fire pit.
Introducing Martha (Physiotherapist)
Martha is an experienced physiotherapist dedicated to helping individuals improve their physical health and quality of life. She strives to support individuals at every stage of recovery and movement improvement.
Martha holds a degree in Physiotherapy from the University of Limpopo and a Bachelor of Arts in Human Movement Science from the University of Pretoria, South Africa.
Martha combines her strong academic background with a deep passion for rehabilitation, injury prevention, and holistic patient care. She has a special interest in the treatment of neck and back conditions, focusing on restoring mobility, reducing pain, and enhancing overall spinal health.
Outside of her professional work, Martha enjoys spending time outdoors entertaining her busy boys and exploring her creative side through crafting.
